Artivism workshops Take pART 

If you are interested in artivism, register now for the Take pART* artivism workshop in August and September 2024. Stichting art.1, Queer Haarlem and Nieuwe Vide Art Space join forces and offer this workshop about the resulting artivism in you own art project! The workshop cycle starts with 3 meetings in Nieuwe Vide Art Space (in Haarlem) in which you will learn the ins and outs of what artivism is and how you can use art expressions to effectively address human and queer rights through (online) campaigns. We will focus on awareness campaigns through (online) poster campaigns, podcasts and/or developing a card game. 

 

The workshop is aimed at those interested in queer and/or gender equality topics and you do not need to have a background in the arts. The workshop is given in English, but Dutch-speaking supervisors are also present. The additional dates for the September meetings will be determined jointly at a later stage.
