Piet Zwaanswijk overleden

Piet Zwaanswijk, one of Haarlem’s most remarkable artists, has passed away. His impact on the (Haarlem) art world is beyond words, yet his influence is visible throughout the city. His ability to set the city in motion, his sharp political critique, and his absurdism have shaped Haarlem and will forever remain an indispensable part of it.

Nieuwe Vide is grateful for the many years in which our paths crossed and for the collaboration in the Fietsznfabriek. We will miss Piet deeply.
