We need to go, where the weeds grow was created collectively during a
Teken Or Leave it workshop at Nieuwe Vide. Participants worked with found objects, photos, and weeds from around the building, creating cyanotypes that capture traces of place and community. The work reflects on how artists and art spaces move and adapt as cities gentrification — finding new ground for experiment and growth, where the weeds still grow.
Eva Kreuger(she/they) is a visual artist based in The Hague. Her work explores collecting, photography, and impermanence, questioning how artists shape and value their practice and space.
