As a freelance journalist I write for public and sponsored magazines about (especially) design, travel, interior, lifestyle, culture and art.
Regular clients include the Frans Hals Museum (as editor of magazine TOON), Flow (interviews with illustrators and other creatives), Libelle (travel stories), VT Wonen (interior reports), Het Origineel (magazine about interior design) and Forbo (Marmoleum magazine). A lot of the stories I produce together with photographer Caroline Coehorst, so we have a joint website.
In addition to my journalistic work, I run Label of the Elements with a graphic designer. Together we make infographic prints in a sustainable way, loosely inspired by the periodic table of the elements from chemistry.
