Tessel Dekker (1983) is a Haarlem illustrator/graphic designer/animator who has been working under the name Segolia Design since 2006.
She mainly works for cultural institutions, breweries, cafes, music venues, musicians and has several drawn maps to her name. In her free work you will find a whole world of experience: ‘Segolia World’, recognizable by a lot of nature, trees, animals, microbes and strange, anthropomorphic characters. The themes of nature vs urban, pollution and post-apocalypse can also be found.
In addition to illustrations, Tes also makes hand-drawn animation. Find “Furcoat” about a fur coat and the music video for the punk band Antillectual: “Fever”.
