I like drawing characters. They just keep coming out of my pencil. I can still be amazed how a couple of lines on paper can suddenly look back at me and seem to have a personality of their own. Who are all these creatures? That’s what I’m trying to find out…
Currently based in Haarlem I work both as an illustrator and an animation-director. I illustrates children’s books, write and draw comics and make short animations for television or as an independent director. My short “Super” was the dutch entry for the oscars in the short animations category.
